Add Subjects

1. Login to your CMS account and click Education Section.
2. Click view subject    
   
3. At the table you can view all the subject you assign to the classes. 
4. To add subject simply click ‘Add New Subject’ 
   
   
   
   
5. Add the subject name, then choose the classes you want for it.
6. Click Add New Subject.
   
   

Class Time Table

1. Login to your CMS Account.
2. Click View Timetable and click add new routine.
   
   
3. Select class, section, subject, start  time, end time and also day for the first routine.
4. Repeat the steps for every subject and for every class.
   
   
   
   
5. You can select multiple days if the subject on same time and same day .
   
   
   
   
6. Click view all to see all the class timetable.
7. You can view class time table by click the plus icon followed by search icon.
   
   
8. After you click the search icon the timetable will be shown. You also can print the timetable.
   
   

Noticeboard

1. Login to your CMS Account. Click Education Section.
2. Click Add Notice to add Notice In Parents Dashboard.
3. All kindergarten parents will see this notice. You can provide information like an exam schedule.
   
   
4.  Add notice title and description. You also can attach a image/pdf or url.
5. Click add new notice so all the parents will see the notice in their dashboard.
   

Study Material

1. Login to your CMS Account. Click Education Section.
2. Open the study material page and click add new study material.
   
3. Select the class, section and subject.
4. All the study material you provided here will only shown to selected class for example you can add weekly memo.
5. You also can attach files and make the study material download by tick the option
   
   

Teacher Updates

1. We will share your folder through email. Open the folder and download meeting updates or lesson plan.
   
   
   
2.  Fill in all the information and save as “Your Name” “Document Title”
   
   
   
   
3. Upload the rename file in the same folder.
4. Copy the uploaded file link.
   
   
   
   
5. Login to KarismaCMS and click the education section.
6. Click add teacher updates and insert your name and the file url in the description.
   
   
     

Master Lesson Plan

1. Login to KarismaCMS and open Education Section.
2. Click view lesson plan.
   
3. You will redirected to google drive. From here you can download all the master lesson plan.
